*Position : PeopleSoft HCM **Functional **Consultant*
*Location – Denton, TX (DFW Area)*
Contract : 2-3 month contract
Onsite Monday thru Thursday (8-10 hours)
Friday remote assuming workload and client demands are met (8-10 hours)
*Resource can be located in the continental US but must be willing to travel
to the metro-Dallas area on a weekly basis.*

Facilitation of workshops/interviews
-
Analysis of client's HCM opportunities
-
Creation of Assessment deliverables
-
Proposed project plan for implementation of recommendations
*Required Skills: *
-
5+ years *PeopleSoft HR Functional Consulting* experience with an
emphasis in NA Payroll, Absence Management and Time & Labor
-
Successfully completed at least (3) PeopleSoft NA Payroll, Absence
Management and Time & Labor implementations
-
5+ years of experience delivering information technology consulting
services
-
5+ years of experience with the technical or functional design and
configuration of PeopleSoft HCM solutions
-
*2+ full life cycle implementations at a Higher Education client *
-
*Detailed experience with three or more of the following PeopleSoft HCM
modules: Human Resources, NA Payroll, Employee and Manager Self Service,
Time & Labor, Absence Management and UPK (User Productivity Kit) *

Ability to lead teams of 1-5 Dell Services Associates
-
Determination of business requirements, business process design and
implementation recommendations
-
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
-
Excellent leadership, written communication, oral communication and
interpersonal skills
