Rate : $45/hr
Interview process: telephonic + F2F or direct F2F
Skills:
Generic: The person should be an excellent communicator. Should be able to give his/her ideas to the team.
Technical skills:
A minimum of 3-5 years software development experience.
• MS SQL Server (preferably 2005)- basic understanding...
• Minimum 3-5 YEARS of experience .NET development – 5 years (including VB/ASP.Net)...
• Web services and/or exposure to WCF - 3+ years
• Experience with MS Ajax Framework ( not a must have)
• Practical experience with distributed computing and service oriented architecture using MS tools
• Programming issues in a parallel processing and multithreaded applications. ( not a must have but just understand what concept is at least, if can’t understand what these ARE in theory..not good)..
• able to work independently
• Proven success in delivering new, creative products within a defined schedule and budget.
• Work well in a team environment and communicates effectively.
• Proficient in _javascript_ and HTML
• Understanding of CSS is a plus
• Working experience w/ Team Foundation Server 2008 for source control and task tracking (not a necessity)but huge plus
