Working knowledge of Cisco networking products and associated technologies (i.e. Security, TCP/IP, SNMP, Firewall, traffic sniffing, MPLS VPN, circuits etc.) 6. Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux system administration and command line scripting 7. Working knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) 8. Strong team player and also self-motivated to reach team goals/objectives 2. Desirable: 1. Previous experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco TelePresence components 2. Previous experience working on Cisco internal and/or external web-based applications 3. Installation, configuration and support of legacy/H.323-compatible audio/video end-points 4.
