*Position Description: SAP Analyst – Finance / BCS*



Responsible for providing technical support for SAP-Business Consolidations
(BCS) processes. As a member of SAP Finance team, individual will work on
support / enhancement requests and projects, in the areas of business
consolidations and financial reporting.



Principal Accountabilities:

•           Month-end BCS closing support

•           Stream SAP ECC data to SAP BW and Update BCS during month-end
closing

•           Maintain BCS master data such as FS Items, Consolidation Groups
and  Consolidation Units

•           Perform consolidation of investments

•           Set up inter-unit eliminations and process monthly

•           Reconcile ECC data to SAP BW FIGL cube, BCS and BW reporting
cubes

•           Provided on-going support to update hierarchies for changes in
organizational structures resulting for acquisitions, divestitures and joint
venture activity.

•           Use of BCS posting levels to provide consolidated reporting
flexibility



Technical Skills:

•           Between 8 to 10 years of SAP FI experience with five (5) years
of SAP BCS concentration in a SAP BW 7.0 environment

•           Understanding of SAP’s Business Objects Planning and
Consolidation application

•           Strong working knoweledge of SAP BW and ability to create BW
reports/queries

•           Bachelor degree required.  Degree in accounting and certified
public accounting designation preferred.

•           Strong understanding of consolidatrf financial reporting
principals including inter-unit eliminations, consolidation of investments,
joint venture activity

•           Understand concept of foreign currency remeasurement and impacts
on consolidated reporting

•           Ability to quickly troublshoot issues and resolve

•           Ability to work independently with business and development
teams

•           Strong Analytical skills

•           Strong verbal and written communication skills





*Position Description: Payroll Application Support*



This position will focus on supporting Kronos and SAP applications as part
of the payroll process.  The position will include 25% customer support of
Kronos, 50% enhancements of Kronos, and 25% customer support of SAP.



The candidate must have very strong customer service skills including strong
communication skills.  The individual should have extensive troubleshooting
skills and the ability to support users via the phone.

They will also need to document thoroughly all issues and resolutions in a
clear and understandable manner.



The candidate must have experience in the configuration /development and
testing models associated with Kronos and SAP.  This includes the ability to
create detailed configuration / development documentation.



The candidate must have experience creating detailed testing documentation
and the ability to work with users during user acceptance testing.



The candidate should have experience supporting the payroll process and a
general knowledge of the U.S. payroll laws and regulations.  This includes
general taxing and deduction guidelines.



Technical Skills:

•           5 years of Kronos experience.

o          Pay Rule configuration - Workforce Timekeeper

o          Interface creation - Workforce Connect

o          Clock Management and troubleshooting

o          Implementation and/or upgrade experience a plus

o          Version 5.1 or greater



•           2 years of SAP experience.

o          Configuration of wage types

o          Configuration of payroll rules and schemas

o          Implementation and/or upgrade experience a plus

o          Version ECC 6



Schedule: Minimum 40 hours per week with 24/7 “on-call” responsibilities 33%
- 50% of the time.
