> Skill/Experience requirements;

> -Good verbal and written communication skills required

> Windows Server 2008 (L3)
> -4+ years of experience with windows administration & troubleshooting
> skills required.

> IIS 6.0/7.0 - (L3)
> -Knowledge of IIS 6.0 or 7.0, Installation, configuration, App Pools, SSL,
> managing web farms and troubleshooting skills are required.
>
> Networking skills (L2)
> -Troubleshooting network related issues.
>
> SQL Server 2008 - (L1)
> -SQL Server 2008 administration and troubleshooting knowledge will be an
> added advantage.

> Others
>
> -Knowledge of Load Balancing solutions such as BIGIP, WLBS, Application
> Center server.
> -Knowledge of Monitoring tools such as SCOM, MOM or any other.
> -Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
