*Info:*

This position is responsible for administration, maintenance, support, and
strategic enhancements of the client’s ERP PeopleSoft FIN and HR
applications, which house mission-critical functions and data that serve the
company, the employees and the customers.



*Skills:*

Strong skills with PeopleTools development environment including PeopleCode,
Application Engine, SQRs, Crystals , Nvision, etc.

Experience with application messaging, workflow, and SQL Server

Strong SQL query writing skills

Ability and willingness to provide after-hours, weekend and holiday support
as needed

4+ years of technical PeopleSoft ERP experience



*Preferred skills and certifications:*

Technical focus on IT asset management, discovery, license management,
and configuration
management.

The individual should also demonstrate business effectiveness skills such as
establishing total cost of ownership (TCO) models for IT assets and
developing a cost savings business case for the same.  The candidate should
have a foundation understanding of ITIL best practices in the following
areas:  Service Transition, Service Operations.

ITIL v3 Foundation certification

Scrum or other Agile certification and experience

*Duties:*

Duties include applying patches and fixes, troubleshooting production
issues, and developing custom solutions when required.  The candidate is
also expected to be able to support and troubleshoot PeopleSoft's
architectural systems such as web servers, application servers, and process
schedulers.

As a member of the IT team, this person must be able to set priorities, meet
deadlines, and produce quality/top quartile output.  This is an internal
position with no travel expected at this time.



*Environment Description:*

PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9, FSCM 8.9, Enterprise Portal 8.8 running on Windows 2003
Server  and Microsoft SQL Server database.

*Responsibilities:*

Provide support for HRMS, Financials, and Portal software

Design and develop new solutions using PeopleSoft development tools

Apply patches and upgrade software, including applying maintenance packs and
patches to PeopleSoft environments using Change Assistant tool and
PeopleSoft methodology for applying patches and fixes

Build, tune, and support PeopleSoft architecture, including web servers, app
servers, and process schedulers

Respond to problem tickets within service level agreement timeframes

Work with internal and external customers to re-create issues, troubleshoot,
and resolve problems

Ensure production service levels are measured and maintained

Prioritize problem and enhancement request queue to satisfy end user
requirements within service level agreements

Set standards of excellence for routine operations and problem resolution
across PeopleSoft applications





*Pay rate $55/hr on c2c*
