*Please find the below Requirement and let me know …* * * *Job Title : ** Business Objects Developer*** *Location : **Columbus**,OH*** *Duration : 12 **Months +++*** ** *Start Date : ASAP* *Position : 1* *Interview : Telephonic* *JOB DESCRIPTION:* *The candidate will be supporting the Business Objects Shared Technology Environment (BOSTE) running on a Solaris 10 platform. *The BOSTE supports a variety of applications within GTS and the candidate will need to support those development efforts as well as manage projects including BO version migrations to R3 and provide support for IBM Websphere upgrade as it relates to BO integration. *Primary responsibility will include ensuring the day-to-day reliability and stability of the BO platforms as well as involvement in current and future projects including a datacenter migration will also be required. *The candidate will be responsible for managing and scheduling BO related changes, working with development teams as well as SA and DBA support teams in providing a stable and reliable environment that ensures maximum uptime and resource utilization. *Job Qualifications:* The Candidate must have the following Technical/Non-Technical Skills: *Minimum 5 years experience administering Business Objects platforms. *Familiar with UNIX platforms, particularly Solaris & AIX. *Understanding of SSL authentication using certificates General *Understanding of IBM Websphere and other web tier platforms *Capacity Planning and Resource Management skills Shell scripting skills Performance tuning and platform monitoring skills *Ability to communicate well with both technical and business partners Initiative work independently without substantial handholding/oversight through work efforts. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "KNOW.IT" group.
