*Requirements: * · Author and perform on-going revisions to physical/logical models and associated artifacts generated for the Direct Marketing analytics projects based on approved functional and data requirements · Provide technical leadership and expertise with the Direct Marketing analytics data architecture/model design and implementation (creation of the TD data structures) by collaborating with client’s technical design teams · Provide technical leadership in data model optimization for data structures resident in the Direct Marketing TD database (MKTMSTDB) · Author and maintain the Direct Marketing analytics data dictionary document created for all approved models · Contribute to the technical design of the Direct Marketing analytics projects as needs are identified * * *Functions and Skills:* · Teradata Utilities (Fast Load, Multiload, Fast export) · Strong business and/or technical analysis background · Strategic Planning and Thinking · Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, analytical and problem solving skills · Experience reading and interpreting business rules and requirements · Business Objects · Unix shell scripting knowledge required · Telecommunications background a plus *Experience:* · Teradata Utilities to include Fastload, and Multiload · Teradata/ANSI standard SQL and BTEQ scripting · Experience developing Unix shell scripts · Familiarity with modeling and RDBMS for BI design · Understand system design requirements, design and write system specifications · Experience with query/SQL/BTEQ performance tuning · Experience with stored procedures and macros · SAS experience is preferred · BI experience is a must (MicroStrategy) -- Thanks & Regards Preetham RapidIT, Inc.
