Please send your *updated resume* by marking a cc to my corporate email [email protected] if you are interested to apply with your expected hourly rate on 1099/W2/Corp-Corp along with your current location and availability details. *Position title:* ETL Specialist Level 3 *Length of assignment:* 3 months contract ** *Location:* Somers, NY *Job summary:* - Responsible for the design, development and administration of transactional and analytical data constructs/structures. - Included within those responsibilities are the areas of data access and delivery technologies. - Includes expertise in data mining, Extract Transform Load (ETL), design and documentation of data movement schemes, and mapping between applications. - Usually includes experience in ETL products and may include experience in logical data model development. etc.. - *Relationships:* Interfaces heavily with other IT Infrastructure teams such as server and database support. *General Deliverables: * Executes re-usable processes, methodologies, code for architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support of TIBCO-based solutions Uses Integration Diagrams and Workflows Follows enterprise-level, TIBCO-based integration strategy, approach, standards, and procedures Follows approach to Integration Environment Monitoring and Management – including Standards, Guidelines, and Rules *Typical Accountabilities:* - Provides direction on how and when various TIBCO components should be launched with the business priorities in context Focuses on specialized streams such as development, design, test, and support - Ensures the reliable flow and synchronization of data Uses the TIBCO toolset to access Data and Functionality from legacy applications for use across the PepsiCo Enterprise Participates in Data Extraction and Cleansing activities to provide interface support to the EDF and the needs driven by the Teradata LDM, in addition to known integration requirements from other legacy applications and SAP Interacts with the stakeholders of key initiatives such as ERP, My Access, and others to understand business and technology imperatives and validate the TIBCO architecture development and execution efforts Aids in EAI Installation Planning, EAI TIBCO Software Installation, Support Packs, and Upgrades - Follows PepsiCo Enterprise Infrastructure strategy, approach, standards, procedures, and S/W and ensures alignment with PepsiCo standards and strategic technology decisions - Ensures appropriate capabilities for vertical and horizontal expansion of the Integration Infrastructure Ensures that projects are supported with the required Dev, Test thru Pre-Production environments as agreed with the correct Service Levels Installs and supports core TIBCO software and Integration Common Services Supports extractions and loads from other systems - Establishes and maintains Storage Management and Backup/Recovery Provides Disaster Recovery Plan support Provides problem resolution during development, rollout and production support - Utilizes Change Management processes and procedures to make changes *Job description:* - Responsible for enforcing data integration standards and best practices; - Supporting Data Warehouse and/or Data Management projects; - Analyze, design, code, and test highly efficient, robust, scalable integration solutions using Informatica, UNIX Korn Shell scripting, and/or SQL (potentially MQ and/or Java);
