Experience in development using JAVA, J2EE technologies including AJAX, JSF, JSP, EJB, Hibernate, JMS, Web Services, XML is essential. Requires experience in troubleshooting and debugging problems in enterprise level Java-based web applications and profile, evaluate performance and refactor existing applications. Being a team-player, solicit and share ideas for successful adoption of newer concepts and technologies is a definite plus. Should be able to scope requirement and write functional specs, design documents and test plans independently or along with team-members. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Application Server, SQL, Oracle, Eclipse, Source Control and UNIX is essential. *Requirements:* - 2 to 5 yrs experience in enterprise level software applications. - Proficiency in all J2EE technologies including Servlets, JSP, JSP custom tags, XML, EJB and JDBC. -Basic understanding of the HTTP protocol, web based applications, JavaScript and XML. - Very good knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS, including optimizing and writing cross-browser compatible code. - Good working experience in Spring, Struts and Hibernate. - Experience maintaining and deploying applications on Windows/Linux/Solaris - Good domain experience in Portal/CMS/Custom Web Applications/Social Networking. - Good Knowledge of object oriented analysis and design concepts and design patterns. - Knowledge and exposure to a variety of internet based technologies. - Good experience with application servers like WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat and JBoss. - Must have exceptional customer focus and customer facing skills and prior consulting experience.
