Position: SCCM Developer Location: Greenville, SC / Braintree, MA Duration: 6 Months General Skills/Experience: - Writes code to aid with the installation of software via network to support the organization's client/server software applications by utilizing Admin Studio to repackage application installations in MSI in accordance with Client's operating environment standards. - Participates in the testing process of MSI installation packages and Client COE image through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software and image to ensure quality within the Client's operating environment - Work with customers and application deployment partners to create solutions Capable of handling multiple concurrent requests, deliverables, and datelines - Ability to work with minimal supervision to accomplish assigned tasks - Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Specific Skills/Experience - Required: - 5+ years experience with Windows Operating Systems. - 5+ years experience with Microsoft Installer (.MSI) packages and standards - 5+ years experience with Admin Studio, Wise Package Studio, or other equivalent product such as Install Shield. - Ability to understand MSI patches and transforms, merge modules, macros and custom actions - Ability to run validation checking, to detect, understand, and resolve ICE errors - Ability to troubleshoot MSI applications - Ability to develop solutions to integrate applications into a "lock down" environment - Understanding of Active Directory Group Policies - Ability to troubleshoot distributed applications using tools such as Filemon and Regmon I look forward to your response.
