Need Lead Loadrunner Tester Location: COLUMBUS, OH or TAMPA, FL Start: ASAP Required Skills: · Must have 4-6 years of hands-on experience in performance, load, and stress testing using the HP LoadRunner and Quality Center products. · Must be able to plan performance tests, and the ability to execute the performance tests using Load Runner · Must have 3-5 years of performance testing experience with J2EE, Oracle database and Cognos BI platforms with Mercury/HP performance testing toolset. Must possess strong LoadRunner script development skills with the ability to tailor scripts to a wide variety of conditions. · Good understanding of script parameterization and object re-use. · Must have strong test analysis skills and be able to identify performance problems or bottlenecks from test results and external logs and records. Be able to recommend possible steps for remediating issues based on test results and other data. · Must have strong collaborative skills for working with functional, infrastructure, and testing teams.
