*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS* Candidates must meet all the following minimum requirements: 1. A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems. Documentary evidence of this degree must be presented, if called to be interviewed. As an alternative to a degree, three (3) years experience within the last five (5) years, developing web based applications using ASP .NET will be accepted as satisfying this requirement. 2. Three (3) years experience within the last five (5) years with Visual Studio 2003 or later. 3. Three (3) years experience within the last five (5) years in developing and maintaining business solutions using all of the following: a) Visual Studio .NET Framework1.1 and Framework 2.0, b) ASP .NET, c) Visual Basic.Net d) Java scripts, e) Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), f) Extensible Markup Language (XML), and g) Web Services - SOAP. 4. Three (3) years experience within the last five (5) years in developing and maintaining SQL Server 2000 and 2005 including stored procedures, triggers and scripts. 5. Two (2) years experience within the last four (4) years with .NET application development projects demonstrating all the skills listed below. (The candidate must present examples of their own work that clearly demonstrate their ability to perform the necessary skills if called to be interviewed): • Analytical/problem solving skills in system analysis and design, • Coding and development; unit testing and debugging, • Documentation 6. Three (3) years experience within last five (5) years developing and deploying NTiered applications (i.e.: presentation layer, business logic, and data layer.) 7.
