Java design and Dev Resource with 7-10 yrs related experience. . Focus here is on struts framework which is used to develop web applications. . JDBC , Standard SQL (Oracle RDBMS) and Weblogic App. Server is required. . No JSP is required as there is another team for that. . Build experience with ANT files. The client will be using Maven soon. . Plus will be experience in BIRT(Business Intelligence Reporting Tool) and Spring (client will also be using spring in future applications) . Good communication skills is must as this resource will be communicating and coordinating with multiple cross functional teams. . Offshore coordination is not must but good to have.
