Job Title:Siebel CRM Consultant/Architect* * Job Duration:Full Time $ Long Term Contract Location: Torrance,CA Job Description:* * Develop the detailed design specifications including business requirements gathering, functional design, gap analysis, technical design, and traceability matrices. * Be the lead architect overseeing implementation of a new enhancements/projects * Understand overall business operations and develops innovative solutions to help improve productivity * Ensure that new functionalities/projects are architected leveraging best practices and the latest technology - platform * Design and develop the inbound and outbound interfaces using a variety of integration technologies (EIM, EAI, eScript) * Build and test the core functionalities including new enhancements and production defect resolution * Train and educate other team members around core Siebel functionalities and help them deliver high quality end deliverables * Assist leadership with development and management of new application functionalities to improve productivity * Proven track record of delivering end-to-end project implementations using: Siebel Automotive Call Center application (7.7.* and above) * Understanding / Experience in Siebel and Informatica ETL tool a huge plus * 3+ full Siebel implementations using v7.7 or higher * Strong knowledge of the Siebel Automotive data model * Project experience developing complex business requirements using PL/ SQL, SQL Loader, and EIM, Siebel configuration and Siebel EAI methodologies * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong configuration skills using Siebel Tools v7.7 and higher (required) * Project experience developing Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures for Siebel integration * Siebel eScript, EIM, EAI (required), Assignment Manager, Email Integration, Workflow Policies, Server Manager, ODBC, LDAP Authentication, Siebel Communication Manager * Very Strong EIM and eScript skills (robust error handling, best practices, etc) (required) * Siebel Server Administration (deploying SRF, applying Siebel patches, interpreting log files) * Databases/Utilities: Oracle 9i, Oracle 10g, SQL*Plus, SQL Loader, TOAD (or equivalent) * Creating Extension Columns and Indexes using Siebel Tools * Languages: SQL & XML & eScript (required), HTML, JavaScript, PL/SQL * Desktop Tools: Microsoft Office including Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access * Operating Systems: Windows 2000/NT, XP, Unix shell scripting, Sun Solaris * Experience integrating with TIBCO Queues or equivalent queueing technologies (required) * Basic DBA experience a plus * Able to lead multiple technical tracks * Able to provide best practice technical solutions on all Siebel tracks for data migration and configuration * Siebel Architecture (i.e. Load Balancing, Clustering, High Availability,etc..) * Must be able to adapt to dynamic work environment and be creative within a team * Must have full lifecycle implementation experience including: configuration Siebel EAI, EIM, Siebel App Architecture, workflow, development, support and security. * 8-10 years of experience with Siebel architecture from a server and infrastructure standpoint * Experience in CTI with Siebel Application (required) Good to haves * Knowledge of UCM * Knowledge of haley rule engine (optional) Also i want to give emphasis on EAI capability.
