Experience in more than one functional area/module and cross functional experience is preferred. * Strong experience in Oracle Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, Service Contracts, Install base is required. Working experience in a software /High Tech industry is preferred. * Demonstrated experience performing business analysis for Oracle Applications 11i, in the areas of implementation and support/upgrade/development projects with very good understanding and experience of relevant methodologies like Oracle AIM. * Experience with executing simple SQL queries and understanding the underlying structure of the most common Oracle Applications tables, table structure and schemas. * Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, provide documentation, guidance and instruction to users, at all levels. * Strong Customer Focus, Relationship Management skills, Learning Agility, communication skills, execution skills * Knowledge of PL/SQL, Workflow, Oracle Discoverer and Oracle Alerts knowledge a plus.
