Develop complex technology solutions including time estimates, cost estimates, and performance estimates. Reviews design proposals for feasibility. Develop standard operating processes for mainframe storage support. Writes technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. May author and distribute Technology White Papers. Mentors more junior team members. 1-3 years of technical project leadership.
