*Systems Administrator*** Familiar and able to perform basic hardware installs in equipment racks: adding memory, disks, racking, plugging in power and cabling into local switch ports, and labeling. - Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers: Install, System Configuration, customization, kernel compilation, and patching, Hardware troubleshooting Familiar with resource adjusting: connection pools, memory allocations…etc Application Install, monitoring…etc Log management User Administration: include Sudo Rights management Network related changes: basic settings, IP Teaming, DNS, Static Routes Building and modifying Jump Start install CDs Basic shell scripting NAS/NFS Monitoring of Systems capacity, and performance tuning Basic Windows System admin: Install, setup network and accounts. Basic Network Skills – IP/Network Settings, DNS, DHCP, Load Balancing, - Switch Setup basics, Network Attached Storage, ILO, Firewalls, Common Application Port allocations, Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Local candidates only, 5 years exp required, will be working evening & weekend hours required.
