Position: TIBCO Administrator Location: Kansas City, MO & Nashville, TN Contract: 3-6 months Rate: Competitive *Job Description* The systems administrator/engineer manages the implementation and support of Tibco, EMS, BusinessWorks, iProcess and Hawk across multiple applications. Individuals in this role serve as a liaison between Operations, Infrastructure and Application Development regarding the implementation and maintenance of the environments, evolves existing processes to effect support for both development and production environments, monitors log files, performance issues and the production environment for mission critical systems. *Responsibilities:* The individual in this role should have an understanding of the functionality of the business area applications and assists in tailoring the environment to meet the users' needs. * Design, Deploy, manage, monitor and maintain Tibco Enterprise Middleware. * Provide 2nd and 3rd level escalation and on-call support. * Designing and implementing HAWK. * Establish best practice guidelines for security, development, usage etc. *Experience and Knowledge:* * Experience with EMS, Business Works, Hawk administration, design and installation. * 5 to 7 years of applicable/related experience or 3 years equivalent experience * Unix/Linux administration . * Moderate scripting skills: Any of Shell Scripting, Java/Jscript and XML. * Experience designing logical and physical infrastructure layout.
