Seeking candidates who have strong experience with SDLC Methodologies with process oriented approach and utilization of full life cycle process including clear, precise documentation. Candidate should require minimum instruction and be team oriented. Must be an effective communicator with other team members and customers. In-depth experience in business analysis and working with customers to develop business requirements and converting business requirements into technical requirements. Must take a pro active approach to solve production/development issues including ability to troubleshoot by defining road map prior to solving issues. In-depth experience in data warehouse/normalized databases as well as use of SQL to solve problems. NOT simply seeking a Programmer. . In-depth experience with Cognos 8.4 development, support, and administration. . In-depth experience with Cognos 8.4 Framework model development including, DMR relational and OLAP. . In-depth experience with Oracle database 10g, 11 g experience. . In-depth experience with Cognos 8.4 report development experience including OLAP. . Experience with Cognos 8.4 Dashboard and/or Scorecard development, support, administration is a plus. . Communicates effectively with other team members and customers and is easy to understand. . Requires minimum instruction and is self-motivated. . Needs to be team oriented and able to mentor and train others who may be less experienced. .
