Role: .Net Production Support Technical Lead
Location: NJ (Occasional travel to our New York, NY) Duration: 6 months Need locals for In-person Interview Job Responsibilities: The Production Support Technical Lead in the Sourcing Integration Development team will be responsible for the following: Design technology solutions to meet business requirements. Act as a key technical resource for the development team Manage 2-4 developers, assign tasks to them, follow up with them and complete tasks on time with high quality Coordinate with other departments in resolving production issues Document functional, technical specifications, and test plans as needed. Conduct code reviews with developers to ensure proper coding standards and approaches are being followed. Job Requirements: 2+ years experience in managing application development team 6+ years of IT experience is required Experience in developing Microsoft web/windows applications using ASP.NET, C#, VB6 and relational databases such as Oracle or SQL-Server. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are required Experience with all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Understanding of project management methodologies and tools Demonstrates a sense of urgency, thoroughness and quality towards assigned tasks and goals.
