Skills they MUST have: Oracle, Data Warehouse, CDC (Change Date Capture), ETL (Extract Transfer Load), Oracle ODI
Need to have a min. of 5-6 years experience..
Need to have experience with a variety of ETL Tools
Tools Also Needed: Oracle Golden Gate, Streams
Excellent Communication is a MUST
Some travel might be involved down the line-client will cover the costs.
