The person should be able to work closely with the business, BW resources and the Project Managers to analyze requirements, create/review/update technical solutions and specifications where needed, configure within SEM-BCS including any exchange rates work that may be needed, unit test and work defects to proper resolution. Once initial system is ready for development, developer will need to work affectively to complete configuration and unit testing as soon as possible to meet business aggressive deadline. During key configuration and testing points will need to be 100%. However, during business testing, may not be 100% but must be able to react to defects as soon as possible and update documentation as required.
