RESPONSIBILITIES :
"Develop custom solutions on IBM Commerce 6.X/7. Interact with client team members to clearly articulate solution. Develop technical design documents.
Provide inputs in creating functional design documents.
Develop Custom code on Commerce 6.X and 7.
Clearly articulate release instructions.
Provide pros and cons of multiple approches while recommending solutions.
Ability to deploy applications to Development/Test/UAT instances.
Ability to conduct performance testing and tune parameters based on peformance testing results.
Provide timely status to project manager/lead.
Must be detail oriented.
Must work independently and in a team environment.
Proactive.
Should be flexible to work late hours (if required) during critical phases of the project."
REQUIRED:

1. Have sound knowledge in J2EE
2. Good understanding of the J2EE design patterns.
3. Have sound experience with most of: JSP, JSF, Spring, Hibernate, Servlets, JDBC, JMS, JAXB, JDOM, AJAX, XML and Web Services technology.
4. Be self starter in developing new technical skills. Be able to demonstrate strong technical growth.
5. Be proficient in the use of software development tools (IBM Rational Application Developer, Clear Case, Clear Quest) and techniques in software projects.

Functional PeopleSoft HR, core module (HR, ePerformance, eCompensation), implementation including configuration and testing, requirements analysis, business process design
