Title: Senior PM Location: Owings Mills, MD Duration: 4 months+ *Please provide last four of social security number, day and month of birthday, and citizenship status, VISA expiration date* Candidate should have technical project management experience. Candidate must have experience managing projects for ERP solutions and mainframe financial legacy applications. Experience working with external vendors is preferred. A Procurement/Financial applications background is a requirement. Oracle Applications experience is helpful but not required, mainframe COBOL experience running projects for modifications to interfaces between legacy systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to track multiple treads of work. Responsible for defining project scope, plan, budget management, guidelines, and coordination of business and IT resources to execute project. In addition, the Project Manager will communicate deliverables/milestones, and will direct staff internally and/or externally to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in spec delivery of product/project. Project Managers understand a multitude of methodologies and have a strong technical background. Furthermore, they have the ability to participate in client presentations. Required: Self Starter w/ solid PM Skills - ability to hit the ground running with experience working on project with external vendors Financial ERP solution experience using Oracle applications and/or ARIBA. Implementation experience. Solid Procurement Background; specifically services based contracts or government sector Financial applications expertise with ERP applications and/or legacy applications.
