We have an urgent requirement for “*TruComp/Callidus Consultant*” *Position : TrueComp/Callidus Consultant* Location : Plymouth Meeting, PA** Type : Contract Start Date : Immediate *Description of day to day tasks: * * * 3 to 4 year of IC data processing experience Understanding of the Callidus TruComp software The Cycle managers should understand underlying data sets. Should understand the data aggregation processes to align data for Incentive Comp(IC) processing. Should understand IC processing functions to calculate comp. They then need to hand the QC functions around the final comp calcs. Should understand pharma data (data, data such as VMOP and CMOP, territory alignments, personnel assignments, etc) and their application to IC (IC plans, business rules, eligibility, etc). Knowledge of Callidus would be beneficial in order to understand how the data and rules will be deployed and processed.
