*Staff Augmentation – *Vital Statistics Senior .NET, SQL & SharePoint
Developer

*Duration: *1300 Hours (must be completed by 6/30/2011)

Interview: In-person interview

*Statement of Work:*

Client has a need to augment their internal IT staff with a Senior .Net /
SQL

developer. This assignment will support the Vital Statistics team in
developing, maintaining, enhancing,

and/or debugging .Net/SQL projects. This person also needs to be a senior
SharePoint developer

including workflow design and development.

*Deliverables:*

The purpose of this engagement is augmenting our internal IT staff to
support the Vital Statistics Teams

projects. The deliverables associated with this engagement includes all
deliverables depicted below:

1. Tasking associated with Central Issuance Preparation / Support

2. Development of .Net/SQL and SharePoint applications

a) Long Term Solution or Remote Document Capture

b) Vital Vision Retirement

c) Retirement of GeoDocs solution in SharePoint/.Net

3. Production Support:

a) Troubleshooting and supporting online and desktop systems,

b) Batch processes and reporting also data gathering

c) Training as needed

d) Supporting other programs at Vital Statistics

*Skill Sets for Staff Augmentation:*

The senior candidates chosen must have extensive experience with the
following technologies. The

following list is ranked in order of importance to ODH:

Mandatory Requirements by the number of years of experience:

1) 2+ Years of SharePoint – MOSS 2007 Development (including but not limited
in development

with InfoPath Web-forms)

2) 2+ Year of SharePoint – MOSS 2007 Admin work

3) 3+ Years of C# .Net development

4) 3+ Years of VB .Net development

5) 3+ Years of SQL Server 2005/2008 (TSQL/SP/Triggers/Views)

6) 3+ Years of SQL Reporting Services development

7) 2+ Years in developing Web Services

8) 2+ Years in developing N-Tier web applications

9) 2+ Years in developing SSIS / SSAS

10) 2+ Years in developing ETL processing experience

11) Ability to work independently with the customer, external staff and
other senior IT staff

members to capture and define their requirements

12) Ability to serve as a Project lead/Business Analyst to keep tasking on
target and ensure the IT

team stays focused

13) TFS 2005/2008/2010

14) Onbase workflow experience preferred
