Role: Application support with Clinical Systems (locals needed) Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 6months+ Prefer Citizens, GC's and EAD's JOB DESCRIPTION Provides application support for business critical systems, including usage, reporting, special queries, testing and training. Assists with development, maintenance, upgrade, and new release of application points and their integration points to other applications. Researches, reproduces and documents customer reported technical problems and bugs, and provide workarounds and solutions to the users. Acts as a liaison between customers, IT project teams, database administration, corporate IT and software vendors like Oracle, to provide a timely resolution to problems and bugs. Works under general supervision. Tasks include user support, application installation, as well as working on application, operating system and database issues. Creates and maintains documentation. Skills required: Application support experience Experience in Clinical Systems is required, specifically with Oracle Clinical/TMS and Rave.
