ORACLE PL/SQL Embedded Backend Developer/ and  .Net (front end)
Duration : Perminent
Rate : 75,000 annual salary

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card and pass drug and background


The candidate will be the direct point of contact between the developers and
the customers. He/she will troubleshoot issues outside of the scope of Tier
I support and provide feedback to the development team for product
enhancements and new features for their software. This individual should
have a solid background in support and proficient experience code fixes.
There is a lot of customer interaction in this position, so this individual
should be someone who likes interaction, has a positive attitude, and wants
to continue their learning process.

Key Responsibilities

    * Research code related issues remotely and correctly diagnose the issue
and be able to make minor bug fixes.
    * Field customer support calls and performing root cause
analysis/resolution into the issues the customer is facing.
    * Develop workaround solutions for issues related to software errors.
    * Collaborate extensively with peers and management to resolve client
issues while actively contributing to a growing knowledge network that
improves the effectiveness of our team and the information available to our
clients.
    * Prioritize numerous issues of varying severity, and effectively manage
the resolution of all issues within accepted service levels.
    * Troubleshoot and recommend technical solutions for customer issues
related to software setup and configuration.
    * Effectively Interact with peer to Director-level IT professionals.
    * Provide feedback to Product Management team regarding product issues,
enhancements, and new features.
    * Proactively seek to identify, communicate, and implement process
related improvements.
    * Effectively manage multiple tasks and activities concurrently and able
to provide periodic status updates to key stakeholders
    * Work with Development and Quality Assurance staff to resolve issues
reported by customers.
    * Participate in the facilitation of end user and IT training sessions.
    * Report on service levels and other relevant support metrics to the
company executive team on a regular basis.

Basic Qualiications

    * Minimum of 3 years experience in ORACLE PL/SQL and  .Net (front end),
MS SQL, in an IIS Windows environment
    * Minimum of 1 year of experience developing or supporting Accounting
applications/systems

Preferred Qualification
    * Working knowledge of Clipper
    * XML/XSL (light administration, issue diagnosis/resolution)
    * AppWorx or other job scheduling tools
    * BizTalk, ETL, or other middleware tools
    * Working knowledge of networking principles
    * Working knowledge of App/Server security protocols & tools
    * Excellent customer service and relationship building/management skills
    * BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or MIS
