The primary responsibilities in this role will be the analysis and development of solutions for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role will include helping to architect, develop, and deliver both new capabilities and application maintenance as needed. You will be expected to participate in detailed analysis meetings with business analysts, other technology support groups, and technology managers to design innovative technical solutions. You must possess strong technical skills and excellent initiative to be able to able to deliver development solutions and help to implement these capabilities in CRM system with high productivity. You must be comfortable and effective interacting directly with business users as needs arise. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Seven to ten years software development experience including experience designing, coding, and testing web based applications. Strong knowledge of web technologies including ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript. Strong knowledge of web application middleware and system infrastructure. Solid understanding of data modeling and relational database systems. SQL Server experience is required; Sybase and Oracle experience is valuable. Comfortable delivering CRM presentations to both technical and business user audience. Strong system development lifecycle/methodology experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment. Must be able to communicate effectively in technical terms to development resources and to translate information to business terms to effectively converse with user community. Must possess high degree of initiative to anticipate and avoid problems, proactively resolve issues and seek to improve processes and systems Must be extremely thorough, have great analytical skills, organizational and follow up skills, and be able to research/learn independently Bachelor*s degree required from a well recognized school with either Computer Science major or other related major.
