Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 6 months 40 hours a week Role description; We are looking for someone who has worked with data flowing through a BI system, working with large data sets and having performed DQ work previously is also interesting to us. Also, outstanding math skills - particularly algebra is valuable. Job Description: You will help verify the quality and accuracy of the significant volume of data flowing through our environment. You will help verify data that is collected with appropriate methodology, verify records that are matched together properly, and process aggregation data that is performed correctly. You will help to identify missing opportunities in data collection, anticipate future and upstream needs of data collection, and ensure the end-to-end data environment is working optimally. You will help identify problems and opportunities with data collection. You will collaborate with the rest of our team, leveraging established best practices as well as generating ones that best support our efforts. Qualifications: Outstanding math skills desired Database design, implementation, and operations experience Experience interpreting and working with large sets data Ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies Experience with Business Intelligence applications Attention to detail and data accuracy Good scripting and tool development skills, - fluency with Excel and SQL is required and C++/C# is desired.
