Ability to define requirements, design solutions, install, configure, implement, develop and deploy software solutions Customer facing skills with ability to communicate effectively to business and technical audiences · Familiarity with industry consulting practices, methodologies and tools strongly desired. · Leadership skills to provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced consultants · Experience with gathering and creating technical and functional definition and design documents · Technical experience to include: o Java, J2EE, JSP, HTML and XML/XSL background; eclipse experience preferred o Application Server experience (e.g., WebLogic, IBM WebSphere) o Relational database experience (Oracle, DB2/UDB, or SQL Server) with strong SQL skills (e.g., extract, queries, joins); basic database maintenance (e.g., create, modify, delete tables); o Prior IT/software application consulting experience Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 80 - 100% Educational Requirements: BS/BA degree - Technical degree preferred (e.g., Computer Science or Engineering) There are other items, as listed in technical detail slides.
