standard formats via print and online mediums. Includes interface with

high-level conceptual solutions to business problems. Usually possesses
significant knowledge in one or more business functional areas. BSA’s
involved in agile projects will be expected to have responsibilities
throughout the project life cycle (possibly multiple projects).

- Served as BSA on multiple project life cycles; Demonstrated experience
in industry (2 – 5years)
- QA and testing phase experience, nice to have

- Deep knowledge of specific technologies and new and current
architectures
- Skills in object, data, and / or process modeling, business process
design (2-4 years)
- Lean/Agile development experience (1+ years)
- Strong; Demonstrated experience supporting requirements, data and
systems analysis
- Detailed requirements experience with COTS implementations
- Good negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills;
experience with public speaking

Lead Programmer position responsible for *porting the EPHTN web application
from a portlet within an existing BEA Weblogic 9 environment to a stand
alone Java JSF application utilizing the Java Spring Framework* including
its authentication and authorization layer (ACEGI).
The existing application utilizes Cognos reporting and an Oracle database.
The developer will need to migrate the application and then design a new
security layer using the Java Spring Security layer to authenticate against
an internal and an external Microsoft Active Directory.
This position will design, document and implement the security component
such that it can be shared and utilized by other state applications.
