Sr. Visual Designer to support our client's Global User Experience Team: This designer will partner with business to influence the vision of company to deliver a world class customer experience. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong sense of design in respect to simple, elegant interfaces and user-centered design principles. This person will be responsible for all stages of visual design through out the product lifecycle, ensuring a compelling look and feel that meets branding, business and global user requirements. Primary Job Responsibilities This role requires strong interpersonal skills and communication within the cross-functional team (Analytics, User Research, User Interaction and Content) and business stakeholders. Daily activities include working with product managers, brand, marketing and business stakeholders to translate requirements into concepts and elegant user design, incorporating an iterative design process based upon usability testing and research. Must be able to prioritize tasks and be proficient with time management. Job Requirements -Is at ease with Senior Management and can effectively interface at many levels with top executives -Great Negotiator, one who can reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships -Works on issues that impact design/selling success or address future concepts, products or technologies. Often serves as consultant to management and external spokesperson for the organization. -Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills -Positive team attitude -Willingness to understand and respect all design targets including brand, business, usability to build consistent designs -Enthusiasm for building world-class design -Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and other design applications -Solid understanding and experience in designing for the web (including all production aspects of web design) -Willingness to smile and build the right environment for creative and smart products -Bachelor's degree or above in design related field. -5+ years experience designing products/applications for a consumer oriented website -A good understanding of Localization and Adaptation nuances while designing for global users -Proficient understanding of interactive and user-centered information design processes -Familiarity with latest design trends and usability research methodologies -Knowledge of current web-technologies - Portfolio a must Regards Soni Kanth Technical Recruiter| Clear Thought Solutions LLC.
