* Supervises the IM resources dedicated to the Engineering,
Estimating, Customer
Relationship Management CRM, and Standard Code business process task
forcesinvolved in the ERP development and deployment effort.



* Accountable for ensuring that business process definition, related
software system design, and system build work aligns with the business
processes and requirements agreed upon and documented by the respective
Business Process Owner(s) in these task forces.



* Accountable for operating within the IM Project Controls Framework, and
ensuring that the task forces under his / her responsibility do the same,
including complying with all cost / budget / and quality tracking and
progress reporting requirements.  Responsible for ensuring that all task
force activities required to defining, designing, building, and
deploying enterprise
software solutions are properly planned, scheduled, and executed.



* Supports and coordinates with these task forces in assessing business
requirements, potential system constraints, and potential business process
opportunities afforded by system functionality, including evaluation of
alternative system options.



*Required Skills:*



Seven (7) + years of experience in executing, managing, and leading teams in
one or more of these functional areas, including the use of or familiarity
with  software systems designed to manage these functions / processes OR
comparable experience delivering software solutions within one or more of
these functional areas to the construction or related industries.



Sound understanding of industry business requirements within these processes
and how they integrate to other processes within a construction or similar
enterprise.



Demonstrated pattern of success in managing and leading teams within a
project environment.



Strong leadership and collaboration skills.



Excellent communication and documentation skills.

*Position 2: Team Lead Compliance – Omaha, NE – 6 month CTH*



* Supervises the IM resources dedicated to the Safety, Quality, Compliance,
Environmental, and Internal Audit business process task forces involved in
the ERP development and deployment effort.



* Accountable for ensuring that business process definition, related
software system design, and system build work aligns with the business
processes and requirements agreed upon and documented by the respective

*Position 3: SAP Developer/ Support BI 7.0** –  Sidney, NE - 3 Month CTH *



This is a 3 month contract to perm in Sidney, Nebraska.  Must be EAD or
Green Card holder.  Conversion salary will be up to $80k.  Must be excellent
communicators and be willing to move to Sidney.



*General Description: *

The Developer  will work with business users, SAO application functional
specialists, developers, basis specialists and non-SAP application
developers to deliver SAP-based business intelligence solutions. Will work
with Clients Enterprise Architecture Group to create and execute SAP related
IT strategies and define SAP related IT standards.

*Duties and Responsibilities:
*• *Responsible for the development, monitoring and support of SAP Business
Intelligence 7.0 and reporting solutions within a team environment*.
• Responsible for analysis, design, implementation and support of complex data
extraction, transformation and load processes to support reporting needs as
well as build and enhance BI objects that include InfoObjects, Info Cubes,
InfoSources, Data Sources Master Data, Transformations, Update Rules, ODS,
Extractors for Master and Transaction Data, Infocubes, Multi providers,
Aggregates, and Process Chains.
• Provide on-call production support as needed.

*Technical Skills:*
• *Minimum 3 years experience with SAP NetWeaver BI 7.0 technology including
BEx Query Designer, BEx Report Designer, BEx Web Application Designer.*
• *High level of expertise with data modeling, cube design and reporting
tools.
*• Maintain all functional specifications and supporting documentation as
required by the Business Solutions Group standards.
• *Strong Working Knowledge on Visual Composer, Crystal, Performance Tuning,
BEx & Web reporting.*
• Experience in supporting an international multi-channel retailer is
preferred.
Soft Skills:
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and work with team members from other
areas of the business.
• *Ability to lead other team members in learning and understand SAP, SAP
solutions, SAP technologies, and SAP business best practices.*
