The Resource will: 1. Create new batch jobs (for Informatica, UNIX, FTP, Oracle, Extensions) and build the Batch based on schedule and job dependencies. 2. Debug job failures. 3. Track and resolve defects. 4. Provide release instructions to the SCRM team for job updates. 5. Support the SCRM team in resolving Tidal job deployment issues. 6. Create and maintain Batch flow diagrams. 7. Document operator instructions in reference manuals for the Batch operations team.
