Need Oracle HRMS Funtional Consultant
Location: MN
Oracle R12 HR system.
Qualifications:
· Primarily a BA – development skills a plus but not at the expense
of functional knowledge
· Must have solid Core and Self Service HR experience
· Absence Management experience highly desirable
· Discoverer and Noetix experience a plus
· Self motivated and driven requiring minimal management once given
assignment
· Works well in teams or individually
· Ability to transfer skills to unfamiliar areas if required
· Solid communication and documentation skills
