Collaborate with the business and technology project managers to develop and maintain the required artifacts for the project. . Provides insight and guidance regarding the project's strategy and business objective from the EBI and EDM areas . Manage the schedule for the EBI and EDM areas . Manage the project efforts; set day-to-day project direction for the EBI and EDM areas . Collaborate with the business and technology project managers to manage the project scope, issues, and risks . Reports overall EBI and EDM project status and coordinates project deliverables in those areas . Recommends appropriate resources to fill all project positions; replace or remove any resource, as necessary . Support the business and technology project managers in updating the champion with the project metrics and scorecard . Provides information that will be used to determine overall testing and implementation strategies . Provide direction and manage the EBI and EDM technical support teams to ensure all technical and user documentation is procured and/or created for the application . Collaborate with the business and technology project managers to get sign-off for UAT . Facilitate the transition from project to support mode in terms of portfolio IS support, GSD, 7911, and Infrastructure support .
