Support fiscal CIP and Restructuring audit review with all parties including Auditors. * Partner with Global PMO and Meridian PMO to drive IT Project budget and forecast requirements including New Run and contractor management. Coordinate the updating & analysis of Contractor information in Clarity. * Facilitate monthly review of Internal labor re-class, external labor re-class, deliverable-based labor re-class, CIP labor re-class, Restructuring expenses for qualified projects. Facilitate quarterly and fiscal report of restructuring spend to Accounting dept. Work cross functionally with GITPA, GPMO, Corporate FP&A, Accounting and other support function. Participate in monthly Project reviews, and monthly IT Project and Portfolio reviews. * Develop financial metrics to measure how the project performs against implementation and New Run Plan. Participate in driving solutions to key analytical, strategic and business challenges utilizing accounting & finance knowledge. Participate in driving process improvement related to financial close/forecast, reporting, modeling and analysis in coordination with the Accounting team. Create, enhance and use Excel and other tool-based models to analyze financial data and to identify and report historical trends and forecasts. * All other duties as assigned and special projects as needed Required Qualifications: Strong financial system acumen: Oracle, Hyperion Essbase, Clarity, Cognos, advanced Excel, Powerpoint A finance professional who is innovative, proven performer with a history of delivering effective reports, processes and data through critical analysis Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix team and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment, able to deliver results under tight deadlines Able to establish structure, process and controls for IT Projects where improvements needed A background in project accounting with exposure to project portfolio management is highly desirable Excellent analytical, financial modeling within tools and presentation skills – able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations Experience in IT Finance a plus, Knowledge of SOP 98-1 highly desirable B.S. / M.S. in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science · 3+ years of applicable experience in finance, accounting, business analytics required * Responsible for all aspects of project cost accounting including Project Financial Tracking template re-class of project expenses during the financial close/forecast cycle.
