Title: Tester With Development Experience
Duration: 6 Months
Location: San Francisco, CA
Rate: $40/hr
Experience Required:
• Must Have Skills:
Basic SQL skills
• Some script development
• Ideally some Java programming as well
• Ideally experience with JMeter and SOAPUI
• Linux
• Mercury LoadRunner
• Must demonstrate philosophical understanding of testing web services
and web applications.
• Job Role / Description:
• Devise actionable performance test plans using “white box” testing
techniques. Will require some basic understanding of internal system structure
• Build data generation and test harnesses
• Analyze performance results (not sure I would expect this person to
do much in the way of tuning)
• Create reporting infrastructure that minimizes “by hand” generation
of results and
• Build infrastructure to run/generate release-to-release performance
regression reports
