Skills/Roles required for this position:
Required Skills (Functional/Technical): •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject area •Minimum 5 years’ direct relevant work experience in a consumer facing web environment •Experience as a business system analyst and system analyst on multiple projects and business functions •Excellent grasp of the web based development, web 2.0 concepts, and the web technology stack and its application to different business problems •Understanding of Object-Oriented Software design principals •Understanding of the implementation of web services •Understanding of software quality testing techniques and tools •Understanding of the 3 tier web architecture software build and deployment process •Proven ability to pull a diverse group of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions •Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills required to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams •Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting). •Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate functional logic into clear, precise, and easy to read functional specifications •Learning agility and curiosity needed to pro-actively learn new technologies and apply these capabilities to solve different business problems Sincerely,
