Requirements: 8+ years of IT experience with 1-4 years of Production support experience. Should have good customer facing, communication skills, Should aggressive, dynamic and self driven Technical skills: Java, Database experience in Oracle, mySQL,Unix. Shell script work experience would be added advantage. Job Description: The typical tasks in this role are: 1. Lead production Rollouts across multiple geographies and timezones. 2. Writing scripts for deployment, monitoring the transactions etc. 3. Analysis and categorization production tickets/issues and resolving the same. 4. Analyzing the existing code and logs and work with Dev team to get them resolved. 5.
