A capable user of the graphics programs (Photoshop) utilized to translate design comps to web pages (this is not a high-level design job, but use of graphics tools is an essential part of the job). . Familiar w/ other facets of interactive design and knowledgeable in properly delivering other types of multi-media (i.e. Flash / video) via the web. .
