Holds a Current PMP Certification for at least one year 2. At least 8 years experience managing at least three projects consisting of the following project types: -software development and deployment -requirements gathering and business process re-engineering -electronic data interchanges -technical architecture implementations 3. Managed at least 2 project teams of ten or more team members 4. Managed these projects using a standard Project Management Methodology 5. Has experience managing at least 1 project utilizing the NYS PM Methodology Non-Mandatory Requirements/Desirable Skills and Experience Based on the Project Requirements, it is desirable that the Contractor consultant staff member(s) have the following skills and experience: 1. At least 4 years experience managing projects that solicit and document user and system requirements by using industry standard formal analysis methods, tools and techniques. 2. At least 2 years experience writing English language business case and project proposal documents. 3. At least 2 years experience managing projects utilizing the NYS Project Management Methodology 4. PMP certification for at least 2 years 5. At least 2 years Experience Conducting Formal Project Close-outs and or establishing a Formal Closeout process for a PMO including Lessons Learned and Best Practice application 6. At least 2 years experience executing and controlling projects using a formal project management software tool like Microsoft Project including the planning and gathering of task data sufficient to provide project performance metrics. 7. At least 2 years experience managing projects that deliver technical components to a public facing website or implement an electronic data interchange between external parties and an internal entity 8. At least 1 year experience managing a project where the project deliverables included narrative materials intended for a non-technical audience where writing and editing was conducted through a collaboration of multiple resources. 9. At least 1 year experience managing a project where the project deliverables include developing and managing a Request for Purchase (RFP) for the development and deployment of a new system. 10.
