Hi, Help me tofind someone who can exact fit to the role below. * * *Need: Business Analysts with Swift experience. * *Duration: 6 month contract * *Location: Philadelphia.* *Max W2 pay rate is $45.00 per hour (depending on benefits chose*n) * * *Mandatory Experience:* *• Banking industry knowledge and experience with Global Treasury Management; specifically working with international treasury and cash management products in developing payments, posting, billing, SWIFT and customer facing delivery products * · *Solid International Payments experience with Swift* *Responsibilities:* -Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business and customer needs. Responsible for translating and documenting business requirements in a clear and concise method to produce Business Requirements documents. -This will be accomplished by focusing on specific customer requirements and ultimately interpreting and writing these requirements into design documents of the overall process. The Business Analyst must be skilled at understanding and identifying bottlenecks, re-work, and multiple loops with the documented process, and be able to provide solutions. They will also be required to drive and own, with the support of subject matter experts, an end to end project effort leading to the launch of a new client solution. Tasks include: • Documenting business requirements for a new client solution • Coordinating and managing meeting schedules, minutes, action items • Maintaining status reports and feeding them into an overall project plan • Defining an end to end implementation process for a new client solution – marketing/sales documentation, pilot/beta preparation, analysis of cost/price for new solution, etc. -Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Excellent relationship skills, PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. -Expected to lead and direct the work of project team.
