Works on complex analytical and programming tasks, requiring knowledge of programming languages and data communications and general knowledge of the business operations/customer supported. Leads development and maintenance efforts supporting software application. May function as a Project Manager on smaller projects. Business Systems Analyst / Application Configuration Specialist Working with the Global Services Risk and Corporate Operational Risk groups, under the direction of a project manager, work on design and configuration of a Global Risk Event/Incident Tracking, monitoring and reporting application using the OpenPages ORM application platform. The Analyst/Configuration Specialist is responsible for working with the project manager and key stakeholders to ensure key deliverables are met. Responsible will include analysis, documentation and testing of all activities related to the Event Tracking functionality. This includes but is not limited to definition of process flow, tasks and supporting Uis and reports. This position will require the ability to work in the project group including the business area implementing the functionality, Corporate ORM Support/Over site, the vender, and internal IT ensuring the timely and accurate implementation and rollout of the functionality. *Responsibility:-* • Participation in project meetings to receive direction on areas of focus, voice issues and suggestions to improve project efficiency. • Perform business analysis to identify and document process and information needed through the defined workflow. • Identify and document deficiencies existing within the application or process which need to be resolved to ensure project success. • Create Use Cases for the various scenarios available within the workflow. • Create test cases from the user cases, used to exercise all possible variations. • Coordinate the creation of data necessary to test each of the variations and the execution of the test cases. • Perform remediation of identified issues by working with the business SME • Review supporting documentation assuring comprehensive audit trail of actions taken • Prepare reports and presentation materials related to the workflow efforts • Collaboration with Operational Risk teams to ensure the OpenPages ORM application is configured correctly ensuring its usability by all defined user groups. • Work with the report designers and developers to ensure reporting needs are met from a management reporting, data analysis and process verification and management perspective. • Provide recommendations on workflow process oversight and review to manage the workflow process. *Qualifications:-* • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent. • 5+ years relevant financial services or risk management related experience. • Experience with workflow definition and development required. • Must have OpenPages experience. • Ability to do detailed analysis and documentation with a high degree of accuracy. • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Must work well in fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment. • Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, SQL and the OpenPages platform. • Proven ability to efficiently manage and implement quick turn-around tactical projects. • Hands on application development / configuration skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and people skills • Attention to detail and ability to work with minor supervision. ** * * * * * * * * * * Thanks & Best Regards, TaranPrit Singh *Technical Recruiter* Phone: 732 658 5313 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "KNOW.IT" group.
