Experience-2 years Desc- Develop and Engineer solutions using Netcool Product Suite (Omnibus, Impact, Webtop) based on daily requests from IOC Support Teams and LOB's - Escalation support for EMS Production support team in troubleshooting and triage of service impacting issues involving Netcool Suite of products The manager has been seeing candidates that are more on the end user side of Netcool where he needs candidates that have been Engineering and Developing across the toolset.
