Req Details:
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Test planning, writing test cases/scripts, coordinating with Eastern
European off-shore team test case automation and test execution.
Work with Business Units to develop acceptance criteria and resolve
feature/equipments issue.
Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts,
test results and test status.
Collect and analyze data for software process evaluation and improvements,
and integrate them into business processes to address the needs of the
business.
Document all problems and assist in their resolution.
upport quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality
standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
2 to 5 years of relevant QA experience.
Knowledge of web and non-web application architecture.
Working knowledge of Windows and Unix.
Experience with MS SQL Server 2005 and higher
Working knowledge of Automated Test Tools Grey Box testing experience.
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word. SQL query
KEY SKILLS SQL Query Automation Unix
OTHER SKILLS Strong problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated by
the ability to assimilate new information, understand complex topics and
arrive at sound analysis and judgment;
Test management capabilities a plus
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to collaborate with business clients
Self-Motivated
Knowledge of HIPPA and PDMA (Prescription Drugs Marketing Act)
Keeps abreast of current technology trends
Familiar with application development best practices Well-versed in the use
of Microsoft Office Tools White Box Testing
