I have a client in Gainesville, FL that is looking for a good mid-level Java developer. They want someone with good front-end development experience. They do not need to be very senior, 3-5 years, and back-end experience is not bad but they must have some front-end dev experience. This is a contract to hire so you must send someone with their EAD, GC, or citizenship. The contract rate is about $35/hr. When it goes perm it will pay $70K. A telephone interview will be the first round. If the client likes the candidate they will have to fly in for an in-person interview as the final round. This is a very good company to work for. They have fairly large IT shop, approx 85 people, with an exercise/weight room, full kitchens on site, and have a good balance of work to home life. They are a family oriented company and have events during the month for employees and their families.
