Job Description: * *Develops and implements complex internet and intranet applications on one or moreplatforms. Acts as an escalation point for production troubleshooting guidance; providestraining and mentoring to less experienced developers. May perform website and portalmonitoring. Uses knowledge of web technologies to lead projects resulting in functionalenhancements of web-based applications. Evaluates systems specifications for client website requirements, leads design presentations, influences direction and implements the mostefficient and cost-effective software/package solution. Coordinates with systems partnersoutside the group and oversees contractors on projects. Performs web-enabled databasedevelopment and module design. Uses programming tools to write scripts. Performs websecurity activities and participates in security planning. * *·** **Java experience **·** **Experience with Websphere or weblogic **·** **Experience with Struts **·** **Multi-years standard J2EE software development experience. **·** **Hands on experience on websphere development tool WSAD, RAD or eclipse. **·** **Oracle database, SQL and MQ experience **·** **Excellent verbal communication skills. **·** **Excellent written communication skills. **·** **Excellent analysis skills. **·** **Demonstrated ability to learn the business quickly. **·** **Self-starter. **·** **Team player. **·** **Experience working directly with end-users gathering and refining requirements, creating the usual project deliverables - FSDs, design specs, requirements traceability matrices, test plans. **·** **Ability to work with diverse group of developers, business subject matter experts, project management from multiple teams with assertiveness and tact. **·** **Some project management/organizational skills. ** ** ·** **QA experience, ability to write, execute, and document test plans. **·** **Experience with and willingness to do production support including after-hours. **·** **Wells Fargo experience a big plus.
